Not bad. Classic look. I like it.

    • GMUPATS74

      Yep. Not too shabby!

So I’m guessing GW took it to keep at thier campus after the 69-75 loss. And now if Mason wins they get to take it home to Fairfax.
So pretty much as long as both teams are in the A10, there’s going to be a tug of war in keeping and losing the trophy to take home every year? Am I getting this right?

  • dsnjd1

Is it just me, or does that trophy sort of resemble a hospital bed pan?

    • Daniel Wu

Hospital bed pans are a lot more rounder, but I can see your why you think it looks sort of like one.

      • dsnjd1

Well, bedpans are in all shapes and sizes (see fotosearch.com/photos-images/bedpan.html)…..and to me that’s a bedpan lol…..that’s okay, the battle for the “Pewter Bedpan” has a nice ring to it. Certainly as good as the “Revolutionary Rivalry”.

  • dsnjd1

The yearly ownership should be based on the overall record of all sports and not just men’s basketball.

    • Daniel Wu

Agreed. But I am pretty sure most people do not even bother to watch the other sports and attend the home games. Do you? Men’s Basketball and Football are pretty much the flagship sports people actually watch and pay attention to. So unfortunately I don’t think its going to change to overall record.

Dont forget we took the soccer championship in our inaugeral season.
        Take the cup MASON!!!
BTW, Pewter Bedpan. Very creative dsnjd1

  • GaMoo79

Or does that count if we didnt play GW?
